We have used John Anderson and don't recommend. They came out twice in the summer and never could figure out what was wrong with our a/c. Fan would keep running but no cool air coming out. They told us to call when it happened. Of course it was always after hours. Finally one day it happened around 4:00 p.m. I called and they didn't have anyone available to come. Never called them again!!!

I used True Temp. Bought a unit 10 years ago and they gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. The compressor went out 1 month before the 10 years was up and they replaced at no charge. We had great experience.
