I was a loyal Comcast customer for many years, until last year when i moved, they sent me a bill for $400...they're mistake. I was passed around from person to person for almost a whole week straight. Until i told them to cancel my service. They did credit my account $200 but i switched to Century Link for WiFi/ internet and couldn't be happier with the price and customer service. Good luck ;)
