I have been seeing a chiropractor for years. I highly recommend seeing one. I go to Optimal Spine and Wellness in Twinsburg. Dr. Bizjak and Dr. Brady are wonderful!

I’ve been going to Dr Paul at Optimal Spine since 2003 for disc issue in my lower back. Since then I have had a few pinched nerves and arthritis on the other side. I go monthly and have my back adjusted and my neck. I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help!

If you can get a script for PT and find one that does something called Dry Needling. Its amazing. Similar to acupuncture. Same needles. But the needle you in the area of pain. Its more direct than acupuncture. If you go to UH the concierge Cindy, in the Twinsburg UH building can help find someone. Its worth the Dr. It has to be a PT. They have doctorate degrees these days.
