Hi Julie, we had a good guy put in our deck last year. We love it. A neighbor of Mary's. Bruce Howell 440 554 5168. He built a deck for our neighbor too. We are very happy.

Does anyone know who the builder was of the homes in Abrams Farms?

Pulte did not build in Abrams I did they were 65 homes in the original phase of Abrams all built by Kimball. Ryan homes add a line in another phase at the end of Abrams Drive. Poultry built hooking up to Abrams on Darien

There is no builder at this point. A lot of other things would have to happen first. The land in question is currently zoned for commercial use. The city is requesting a zoning change which will go to a vote of the Twinsburg city residents. The requested zoning change is for cluster homes on the former property of Dr. Kale and on the city owned property behind it, adjacent to Fire Station number 2. If the zoning change is approved by voters, then the land can be sold to a developer who may pick a builder of his choosing.
