I just went through this. Tim Best was on vacation for an extended period so I couldn't use them. I used Cleveland Overhead Door and they wanted to charge me $799 for a spring issue and that was after their $75 off coupon . . . obviously taking advantage. I went through Solon garage door and they fixed it promptly and professionally for $145 out the door. I can't speak highly enough of Solon Garage Door. I do have to say that several neighbors near me also spoke highly of Tim Best but he was out of town for a week and my car was trapped in the garage so I couldn't wait.
