Her apartment complex name is Seri Maya at Train/LRT station Setiawangsa, five stations from KLCC. You get a room with an unattached private bathroom with all your requirements plus a swimming pool. Stayed with her (Malaysian Chinese) and her German boyfriend twice. Very satisfied. Rinngit 80 per nighr plus rinngit 20 cleaning fee.

Michael Trapp, there are probably quite a number of places in Ubud in this price range and just a couple of years ago you could find a double room with breakfast for 80.000 rp in central Ubud, so pay no heed to previous unhelpful comments. Try Mama House on Jalan Sugriwa nbr 17, clean double rooms with bathroom & wifi for 100.000 rp per night, longer term negotiable. On the same street a couple of houses before is a place called Nataliya`s (it`s a laundry), very sweet family and they have rooms in the back of the compound - you might even get breakfast thrown in for the price.:)
