I would go with T.L.C. Or Andy Loschiavo. Both do not take payment until the work is completed and you are satisfied. Both are honest people who do beautiful, quality work. My husband works for Fischer Homes. They will build on your lot if there is a division close to where your lot is. For example, if you live near triple crown and are wanting to build around that area they will contact their contractors to build your home since it's close to where they are currently already building.
