I put my house on the market with online agent emoov. ( but refused their conveyancing as I use Jenny Stanton) Had an offer from first people who came but it fell thro after brexit vote. Have tried balgores but didn't get any viewings via them. Now just gone on with beresfords and negotiated a reasonable fee. Yet to see how they perform.

We tried Balgores to start, then sold with Berefords. Have also used Gates Parish in the past. It's a minefield, so stressful and seems completely down to luck. We had lots of people that viewed wanting to change our Grade II listed home into some kind of gaudy essex mansion, lol.
