Can anyone recommend a surveyor to do an elevation certificate? Thanks.

Doran is a competent firm. Also for pure surveying needs, it was Joe Dolan who took care of our various elevation surveys for (in ascending order) top of bulkhead, elevated platform for AC units, house beams, 1 st floor of habitable space, and apex of roof (per height limitations of local building code). http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/opinion/commentary/joseph-m-dolan-flood-maps-will-bring-another-change-new/article_543 d6 ebe-1980-58 fc-908 b-478 db72 e91 b2.html
George Kasimos-stopFemanow-- do you have an answer for the above question. And is it tied to pre-FIRM and post-FIRM, in which case the date might be 1974. QUOTE: Post-FIRM Building--a building for which construction or substantial improvement occurred after December 31, 1974 or on or after the effective date of an initial Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), whichever is later. •Pre-FIRM Building--a building for which construction or substantial improvement occurred on or before December 31, 1974 or before the effective date of an initial Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM). http://www.fema.gov/national-flood-insurance-program/definitions#P
