Check with Henry Ford Behavioral Health -- they used to have a practice on Garfield (near 19 Mile). I was a child-family therapist in their Dearborn clinic many years ago. I loved it there and worked with some very talented and caring clinicians/psychiatrists. As a practice, they stressed and trained their therapists in the use of cognitive behavioral strategies, which can be very effective in the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression.
