He came out but right before he arrived the darn thing started working, he looked at it, said that since it was so old it was not worth fixing, the panel would cost 400 dollars, he did not charge anything for the house call, I was impressed. I called several other places here in Vacaville and no one answered or called me back, Ed is the one to call 628-3284
