I've used De clue and they are great but expensive. Call Bob at R & B Tree Service. He just trimmed back multiple trees at one of my rentals without taking down power lines. Everyone else said it would be thousands and lines must be taken down. He charged me $275!!!! He is 80 years old. Two of my friends have used him since. His number is 314-603-9946.
