My husband does personal training and has a company called Inspired Mobile Fitness. Services this area and could meet you at the clubhouse, Snap Fitness, or other location of your choice-super convenient!

I highly recommend Julie Ashlock with MBJ fitness! She is located on Bloomingdale. Small studio gym with customized programs to meet your fitness needs. She also offers Pitayo and Zumba classes.
