Customer service on Lakeland is super. Never any question about replacement or money back if goods go wrong. Same carriage cost whatever the weight or value - 7 pounds fifty. Chemicals not permitted to BG. If in doubt, phone in order, but if straight forward, just use online. You have to sign for delivery.
