http://www.bhclinic.com.au/ It is a little out of the way for you but you dont need to make a booking and everyone in there speak Mandarin, some only speak Mandarin so be careful if you only speak English and you get the wrong doctor.

We have been with Dr Seaton from surfers paradise medical centre from when we fell pregnant. He is AWESOME, there can be a long wait for him, but whene you become one of his patients he has you skip the queue.

I go to Courtenay Medical, $37 for a doctor's visit I think (possibly less if you're just seeing a nurse). I've generally been able to get in with my doctor but if I've needed an urgent appointment they've been able to get me in with one of the others pretty quickly.
