Both Harmody and Stepanik have helped my husband (low back agonizing pain) and son (shoulders and back). And no appt necessary. A few visits and they were both good to go!

Dr Kain at Vero Orthopedics helped my husband. He no longer has lower back pain. ! It was an inflammation cured with Metrol pack then followed up with physical therapy ! Been a year now and no recurrence !

You may want to try acupuncture. I have helped a lot of people with their lower back pain. The World Health Organization has announced after a lot of research that acupuncture is the BEST treatment for lower back pain. Far superior to pain meds and PT. I have been very ill since September. The Dr I had was just throwing different drugs at me and so I switched Dr to Dr. King. Seth Baker is my cardiologist (love him). Arley Peter is awesome, too. My surgeon was Cary Stowe of the Duke Heart Institute in Vero. He replaced my mitral valve in December and all of the above guys and their staff (Gary Sparkman gets a shout-out) were amazing. We have some wonderful doctors in Vero!
