Need recommendation for gym in Vero. Longevity closed. Would like spin classes and weights. Prefer women's gym or at least women's classes. Thanks for any ideas.
I don't believe they closed. They changed ownership awhile ago. Check out their website. https://www.longevityladyfitness.com/

Sweet Science, Chris Gray is fantastic! I do the 5:30 am women's group and love it. Lots of personal attention and they're getting ready to do a 30 day challenge that I think you can do even if you're not a member. Plus his wife is an amazing chef and sometimes does to - go meals that you can order. I highly recommend.

Christi's Fitness along with Studio C has a full children's program but also an adult schedule with 80 classes a week for adults. Studio C is not exclusively for women, but most classes are predominantly women. They offer a day rate, week, 10 visit and single month with longer lengths and ongoing. Come by for a tour and to check it out for yourself!

Any recommendations for yoga studios or gyms that offer drop-in classes? Will be in Vero next week and would like to take a yoga class while in town. Thanks!

Yoga Pagoda does a Sunday morning yoga class from 11-12 at Walking Tree Brewery. It's great, and you can hang around for a tasty local craft beer afterwards!
