Nothing that I know of in Esq but my friends and family use Vanessa Jewelers on Broad Street (between Yates and View near Trounce Alley)

Doug@Esquimalt Trading is a jeweller, he's fantastic! I've had him fix gold chains, resized a ring, reset a diamond, he even does custom designs. Great prices too.
