I'd just look up "Steuerberater" on herold.at or google of course and look around a bit. Most of them are quite cheap (500€ for a year should cover it, if you don't have employees) and will probably offer a free initial meeting.

Sorry mate but it will be a burden for you if you get an accountant and a waste of money You don't need an accountant to do business in Austria, especially for self-employed. Everything can be processed and submitted on the inland revenue website. If you don't know German, no national insurance number, and no digital signature then get yourself an accountant to sort them out for you. It will cost you more than you could imagine.
