Darlene DeMatte, don't fool around. You need a good orthopedic. Neurologist. You should have X-rays and MRI . sometimes Chiropractor can do more harm than good.

I have arthritis in most every joint, and have suffered from sciatica off and on for many years. Sciatica is caused when the arthritic vertebrae, in the lower back, sit on the sciatic nerve. The slightest twist or turn can set it off. The pain can go down the leg to the foot. Usually mine goes down the outside part of my leg, but it can go down the inner part of the leg also. I have been to many Chiropractors over the years, and the last one I went to was Dr. Yvonna Martin. She is on S. Delsea Dr., right next to Haars Healthfood Center.

I use Dr Ray Marquez, he is on Chestnut Ave in Vineland. He is excellent. Before surgery on my knees, I came down with sciatica a week before. I went to him and walked out pain free. Tell him Dave Scarpa sent you, you will love him and have no problems.

Dr Marquez is very good. He attempted to fix my husbands back. He referred us to another doctor who did nothing. We went to Dr Strauss on our own. He saw what no one else could see on the 3 MRI 's. my husband had a broken back in two places, cracked pelvic bone. If it was me I would go right to Dr Strauss. My husband walked down the street with no help 5 days after operation and he is fine now.

I highly recommend Todd DeMarco on Summer Avenue in Minotola (near Brewster Road). He has helped me with TMJ as well as back issues and has helped my husband with prostate issues of all things. If you go, pls let him know I recommended you. He's the best in my book!
