After having to pay service calls for four different companies try to fix my range, the final one said, "Call this guy. If he can't figure it out I don't know who can." He was right. Jays Appliance 255-4444. When he fixed my washer, they asked detailed questions and came with all possible parts to fix it immediately. Doesn't charge a travel fee because he says it's not your fault if the last customer was in Suffolk. He's clean and he doesn't treat you like you're stupid.

We used Integrity Appliance, 436-6464, Fantastic work. Reasonable.

Guy from B and R tried to hustle me off company time and go cash. Girl who takes orders at Hall is the worse customer service person Ive ever dealt with. As Timmy Woolford said Integrity Appliance. Washing machines all have a filter that will clog with change and other pocket items. A #2 Phillips screwdriver is your friend.

He doesn't charge for his travel time because he says you shouldn't have to pay because the person before you lives in Portsmouth. He doesn't talk down to you and answers questions about your appliances--giving you advice on usage. Reasonably priced. Prompt. Clean. He came recommended by the fourth guy I had trying to figure out my stove years ago. That guy said, "If he can't fix your appliance, no one can."
