We used Rob Wadsworth. LOVED him!!! He went over all the pros and cons of selling our house and was patient when we were going to list and then waited 6 months. He sold or house in 1 day with multiple offers. The Realtor we used when we first moved here screwed us over too. I don't have his number of hand but know you can look him up.
