Head start is great but not sure if it's in Visalia. It's mainly Tulare. Visalia Unified has free Pre-school but only half day. Either 8-11:30 or 11:30-3 i think
Looking for a good preschool in Visalia for Sloane. One day a week. She's potty trained too.

Children's Ark Learning Center on Locust, I sent both my girls there. Maddy is still going there for kindercare. I love the staff. 732-6225, but I think they require a minimum of two days part-time.

A Place To Grow is awesome. It's a Montessori preschool on Akers almost to Caldwell. Mackenzie has gone there for 2 years and we all love it! They do 18 months old- kindergarten and hours are 7:30-5:30 (the instruction is done about 3:30-4:00 ish and child care till 5:30 is included as needed). Great teachers and staff and great kids and families. After 6 months there she was telling us what metamorphosis meant!

A Place to Grow is full day and accommodates full time working parent schedules. Stepping Stones is (sadly) a part time school. CVC was 8-3, but I'm not sure if they have a late pick up or not.
