Hey Lesley, our daughter went to Dr. Steven Davis several years ago but beware. We along with some other people had issues with the person who takes care of his insurance. It was a mess. There may be a different person now. We loved him but she did not do her job and had us doing all of her work.

Dr. Davis at Davis Oral Surgrey. He's amazing! I had 4 taken out 2 of them were my wisdom teeth and didn't feel much of pain after they were out. I was in alot of pain before surgrey, I plan to use him in future if necessary! I have alot of health issues including asthma, I had bad reaction before I started using Dr. Davis. Of course I told him that I was nervous about the first surgery with him, he reassured me that everything will be ok and I will not have any bad reactions afterwards. Sure enough he was correct!

Dr.Reynolds in Wake Forest. I believe the practice is Wake Forest Endoscopy......located right off hwy 98 just past the Lidl grocery store. Dr.Reynolds and his staff are Amazing! He has the most updated equipment, knows his work and gentle with his patients! He performed several root canal, extraction surgeries on me and even was quick to refund me on one procedure that didn't take (had to do a retreat root canal)... I've been to several dentist, endodontist....etc...and will only use Dr.Reynolds for me and my family! You won't be disappointed!

Dr. McIvers at NuImage at Briar Creek just did my oral surgery and he and his staff were phenomenal. My surgery went smoothly and completely pain free. It was a huge deal for me because I am very anxious about that kind of thing and they exceeded expectations. NuImage also offers financing options. Whomever you choose, good luck!

Dr. Scott Hum is who i saw ... he did 4 of my oral surgeries (one was wisdom teeth) ... i'd just call the surgeons office and their receptionist should be able to help you ... i know that as long as they take my insurance i dont usually need a referral but each dr. has their own rules
