Any of the ladies at Style Studio.. I use Amber but they are all amazing. And prices are very resonable. Amber usually charges me around $70 for a cut and 3 colors. I've never had a single color.

Shelby Saulsbury at Park Salon on Richmond Rd. She is very good with color and not too expensive.

Ashley Rains at Elan Salon in Summerhill Square shes the cheapest and by far the best Stule Studio quoted me $85 or more and my hair is only shoulder length Ashley only charged only charged me $65 and did a MUCH BETTER job than Ive ever had at Style Studio !!!
