owen tuff is another to reach out to - her style is very grounding and she has extensive experience. highly recommend her classes to experience and contrast with others. Check out Suzanne Montford too as her style is a shamanic approach and she is a teacher trainer (contact her directly to step into classes without signing up for the session) http://www.energiesofaliveness.ca/yoga_classes.htm

Any recommandations for a great prenatal yoga teacher/studio and massagtherapist in the area?
Amanda D. replied:
Okay I totally recommend Sherry Rounds as a massage therapist in the area. Overall prenatal massages are never as relaxing as you want because you can’t lie properly - but if you want to treat yourself head out to Chateau Montebello and book a prenatal massage. They have a special bed where you get to lay down on your stomach AND a tilted bed where you can lay on your back. It’s heaven. Lori runs a great restorative yoga class at La Grange on Wednesday nights. It’s not prenatal but you can let her know and she can help you adjust your moves accordingly. She was a great help when I was getting back onto yoga after a c-section. Good luck!!
Annie C. replied:
I went to see Gala Loncke at PhysioSport Chelsea when I was pregnant for a few massages.. She has cushions so that you can lie on your belly, even at the very end of the pregnancy.
