There is a lady that you could almost see from your house. Her name is Diane Schnurr, she works at Foodland and I've used her for everything, she is great! I will message you her number. She lives at the corner of Elm Street and Old Durham Road, if go over the bridge at Tim Horton's towards your place make your first left onto Elm Street (past the condo's) and drive straight into her house (you actually have to go to the stop sign and she is the house straight ahead!
