Same here Carol, I went straight to Adult Social Services and they came to see me a couple of days later and delivered me everything within days. I've also been in touch with them recently for high backed chair and without coming to see me, a brand new one was delivered 2 days later. I can't fault them. Quick and easy taking all the stress away.
