Hi everybody, can someone recommend me a good gym, close to Central and not to expensive?

Pure. If you can't afford one of the personal training gyms. California, Physical and Fitness First will suck out your soul... As people perform the strangest moves again and again and no one really seems to know what they are doing, whilst the 'PTs' perform exclusive 'functional training' nonsense and spend their time stretching women in the most awkward positions as if they were Judo professionals!!

Hi Olga Klotschko, you can try Rush Studio in Wan Chai. Its where I go to for kick boxing. They have recently introduced Yoga and Arnis. The good thing about them is that you don't have to buy membership. You do it on a month by month basis. If you can't finish all the classes you have purchased for a certain month, you just buy less classes for the following month and use up what you did not on the previous month. Nice bunch of guys teaching there. Not very good English but we always have a lot of fun in class. And boy, the work out you get is really good! http://rushmuaythai.com/
