Might try Computer Dreams in Centerville. Do a system restore to an earlier date first. What OS?

Kathy & I use the free version of CCleaner ( http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner ) Run Cleaner 1 st then Registry. Use the Tools options to see if there has been anything installed lately that you did not install and it will let you uninstall it. We also use the free version of Malwarebyte. Good luck!

Try Malwarebytes and AVG virus scan. They cured mine when nothing else helped.
