Les Collier at Searchlight, or anyone at searchlight really. Yogi Barrett is phenomenal (kind of a doucher though.) Dustin Hill is also fantastic. Those are all three from Searchlight. As for other shops, Jonathon Kirby from Boulevard is great and so is Chris Libby at Canvas of Flesh. I don't recommend anyone else in WR at all.
