Jeff: Pulled out our inspections. We used Buyer Protection Group for the home inspection 800-285-3001 (Tom Crosby was our inspector). Little more money but well worth the investment. They produced a 66 page report for us with photos.

Our well / Septic inspector was Enviro-Assist (Randy Gregory) was our inspector. 248-486-1753. He did a great job too. Actually dug several holes in the drain field to give you an assement. Make sure you test the water too. Good luck, we hope you guys move into the neighborhood.
