For emergencies, we take ours to the vet right here on Milford Road. The one that's open 24/7. They are excellent with animals of all temperaments. For regular veterinary services, we take ours to Somerset veterinary, but I have to admit that Warren Animal Hospital has the best fee schedule & we have had good experiences there too

I have heard it compared that your external skin is a reflection of what is going on on the "internal" skin of your intestines so looking at dairy and other allergens is probably a good idea. To toot my own horn a bit I have had people have success with a healing salve I sell Land of Milk&Honey Herb of the Month Club. Healing salves are not difficult to make and you can include several skin soothing herbs like calendula, plantain, chickweed, red clover, and lavender as an example of a few helpful herbs.
