    Franklin Real Estate owns it and wants to build a hotel but no idea on the timeline. The Daily Star Journal has several articles on the TIF that the company wanted prior to construction. I think the TIF was approved but have not heard anything about start of construction yet. As I understood it the IHOP that is already built is part of the TIF as is the new car wash.
