It's actually a wax ester which is what the "oil" in our skin is. It's all organic. I am interested to see if it helps. We just started carrying it a couple of months ago so I don't have a whole lot of experience with it. It looks like oil though. Give me a call 239-7546.

Brittney Nicole Frye, I haven't heard of the SCD diet. I'm reading "The Paleo Approach" right now. It's pretty strict for Autoimmune disorders but she has all the scientific reasoning, which is pretty interesting. I did an HGC diet last year and was amazed by how good I felt. No aches or popping joints, had energy, wasn't swollen/bloated and all around felt great. That's what got me interested in Paleo. I asked my dermatologist and he said there is not enough studies showing benefits of gluten free or paleo benefiting Psoriasis patients but if I want to do it to feel healthier, go for it. I have found tons of things on it on-line and there are tons of people that swear by it though. It's even on Psoriasis Associations website.

My son did the shots (to himself) but I really don't know if he's still doing them. I use Halobetasol Propionate Ointment and a oil mixture for the scalp.
