A sole proprietorship costs much less and includes many small expanses such as rent, transport and Internet as personal. ZUS, that's is truly a disincentive. But if you cannot fund the start up minimum then you are living with your parents. I do not know any serious company (10+ employees) that sub-contracts without an invoice from the contracted- including English conversation. As for an accountant, anyone who is not lazy can keep regular T-accounts and, as sole proprietor, make a declaration of Income Tax once a year. It's not rocket science or high finance just keeping things simple.
