Hi Rob - tell your wife to join IWG! It's the international women's group of Warsaw and saved my life when we first moved here. There are also lots of Asian women who are a part of the group and can help with the Chinese shops, restaurants, ect. We have a coffee morning tomorrow at 10 AM at Zloty Tarasy at Coffee and Co. (It is on the lower floor next to Carrefour and the other restaurants) and it's for people who have just moved to town and may be interested in joining. We'd love to have her!

I teach Yoga bilingually, including English. Unfortunately, I don't teach in Warsaw, though a private session could be arranged I suppose. As for sequence I use classical, techniques, I use Iyengar. Because my basic is fitness and aerobics, for conditioning, I use the functional movement principles, which are basically similar to classical yoga. It depends on the needs though, as what one wants to achieve with yogic practise. It can be mental, physical or both. You can email me at teresa.yogavaganza@gmail.com, or PM me. I can recommend some other classical teachers too in Warsaw, speak English well.
