Update - St. Louis's(no delivery period), Boston, Swiss & Maple do not deliver West End but Maple does use a 3 rd party delivery service but not sure what delivery costs are. They did offer to find out but for now I just passed... Couldn't find a menu for West River Cookhouse. Pizza Dee's is awesome! but we were leaning towards a good solid burger! not an open face as per their menu. If kids weren't picky I would of done Katmanis Thai in a heartbeat!! Just ended up ordering pasta from........Domino's:)
