Faders has a great shop in Towson, MD and Annapolis, MD. Neither are *that* far from Baltimore.

I've only been to Annapolis location and it's great, fair amount of pipes and lots of popular tins and bulk blends. Great cigar selection too. But if I recall correctly, the guy working in the Annapolis shop mentioned the Towson location was even more pipecentric though.
And Annapolis also has some other cigar shops like Davidus, and another shop or two directly downtown that I can't remember the name(s?) of.

However, I haven't had a chance to check them out to see if they have pipe related stuff. (yet)
Sorry I haven't gone to any B&Ms in directly in Baltimore or NOVA though! I really don't get over there that often anymore.

And I hate to hijack, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any pipe shops in 'lower' Delaware? Dover? Seaford? Inbetween? Or even like Salisbury, MD? Tons of discount cigarette stores, which a shocking amount have smaller humidors inside, but I've yet to find one that has more then the usual Capn Black, PA etc. And I find myself in Delaware way more often then across the bridge......

Since I'm assuming you're going 495-66-29, on 66 exit@fair oaks mall (it may just be route 50) in fairfax and hit up John B. Hayes (it's underneath J.C. Penny's if I remember). Lots of house blends for reasonable prices, and shouldn't be far out of your way between MD and Charlottesville (sub 20 minutes if you run in and run out). store site: http://www.hayestobacconist.com/

[W. Curtis Draper Tobacconist](http://www.wcurtisdraper.com/locations-hours/w-curtis-draper-tobacconist-washington-dc/) is a pretty nice shop. It's right in downtown DC though, so I'm not sure if that's convenient for you to get to.

Try Cavalier Tobacco at 1100 Emmet Street North Charlottesville, VA 22903 (near Kroger at the Barracks Road Shopping Center), right before you get to the University. It serves the University community and the proprietor there is a great guy. Haven't been there in a while, so I'm afraid that I can't tell you much about their selection, but it's pretty convenient and worth checking out, and I know that they have (or had) at least some pipes and pipe tobacco.
We are looking to do the New River Trail in Virginia. Does anyone have a website complete with lodging? Is there a B&B or motel near Foster Falls or Lone Ash?

There are some hotel's/motel's in Hillsville/Galax Va which is exit 14 off of I-77. Foster falls is exit 24 I think, can't remember if there is any lodging in that 10 mile section or not.

http://www.newriverlodging.com/ This is north of Lone Ash but don't know anything about other than it is right off the trail. Rode by it my last time there but had no idea it was lodging at the time.

Jason Hammill thanks for the suggestion, but looking for a place 1/2 the way between Pulaski and Galax. The web site is not very bicyclist / hiker friendly, mostly set up for the car day tripper and not a bicycle or hike tourist with less miles per day.
