I know the lady at Golden Horsehoe Tack Shop that fixes lots of things with heavy duty material. If Tonis doesn't work out, give Golden Horseshoe a call; ask to speak with Lynn and tell her Megan sent you.:) (I don't get any kind of reward, I promise.) The tailor I used for my formal dresses (wedding and bridesmaid) is Dianne. 636-271-8224 I remember seeing several pairs of jeans that looked like they were getting worked on when I was there last.
