I have seen this problem after removing Windows 10 and now Windows 7 wont update. I have had success by removing the Windows 10 Update from systems. run the free versions of CC Cleaner, Spybot, Malwarebites. If that doesn't fix your problems, call Shawn Gisoni@724-263-3758. He lives by the Washington High School football field, off of Tyler Avenue. This is what he does for a living. I hope you're running at least a free antivirus program also.
