Be sure to research and visit the shop before you go. Be aware of cleanliness as well as take a look at their portfolio. Like stated above, you absolutely get what you pay for with tattoos. There are some AMAZING artists in pittsburgh. Not sure how far you're wanting to travel, but there are some great artists at hot rod in Martins ferry (they also have a great piercer) as well as Ron Meyers from owner of low lock in saint clairsville.
