I have the same problem and I have found some relief with tapping exercises, especially in stressful situations or when my PTSD has me in a panic. I tap my forehead, cheek, chin and collarbone in that sequence and surprisingly it does give you some relief. http://www.drivingpeace.com/tapping-for-anxiety-does-this-simple-stress-relief-technique-really-work/#.Wh66CEqnGUk

Check out the NA or AA website. You can search by zip code and find meetings close to you. Washington County Drug and Alcohol commission offers recovery support services (thats what I do), and we walk someone through the recovery process and help them get acclimated to the community. They can also connect you with outpatient services and therapy. Our number is 724-223-1181. If you'd like, feel free to send me a PM and we can talk more ❤

I wouldn't say any particular place has better therapists than another because each therapist is an individual and your child must connect in order for the therapy to be effective. I've used family behavioral resources, Washington communities, Centerville clinics, the CARE center....each has had great therapists for my children.
