Try Pilates Physio Cork in Grange, they do post natal Pilates which I'm finding great for ongoing PGP, you can get treatment there too

I would recommend Lorraine Blackshields at Procuro Physical Therapy centre without reservations. She is a miracle worker!!

I wouldn't go to an osteopath but I would go to a physiotherapist. Brian Fox in cork is brill
