University of Waterloo School of Optometry. You can get your child's vision tested with them on campus or at any Ontario Early Years Centre. They also are members of the EyeSeeEyeLearn program if you child is a JK student smile emoticon

Also, Dr. Monica Furniss and Associates at Fischer Hallman and Erb St is excellent. It's also a fairly big practice so they're probably a better than good chance they take students.
