There's a couple of hotels on the lake that are pretty pricey to be honest. But in horseheads theres a holiday in right off 86 that's really nice and is only about 20 minutes from the track

For upscale look at a resort on Seneca, or Cayuga lake if you don't mind an hour drive in with traffic right off 414 north of those lakes is a casino and hotel in Seneca Falls, Waterloo area that is very nice. EDIT: The casino is also right off I-90 if your heading in from East or West of the track. Ithica is also a very nice town.
