I'd suggest seeing a tailor first, they may be able to let the stomach, waist, thighs, etc out. Depends on how much a "small number" is, and how much cloth is left at the seams. I went up a waist size last summer and Jack at Jack's Fine Tailoring in Porter helped me out.

I went to Indochino, seems like everything takes about 2 weeks. Also stopped by 9 tailors to get custom masks for the wedding! Can't speak to suit turn around times but they were great!
I have 2 pairs of pants that need to be hemmed... Does anyone know a good seamstress near Watertown?
