I know Madison is a drive but the best children dental center is Children's Dental Center in Madison and Fitchburg. Absolutely amazing with children and the Dentist and his assistant are the best

Apply for Care Credit. Its for medical services, and the website will have a full listing of dentists that accept it. Depending on the cost it's interest free for 6 - 18 mo. You can apply online and just print off the temp card.

most Dentists do have Care Credit now for dental payments. anything such as oral surgery would be covered under major medical usually.
