I keep hearing about a girl that works at the brow bar at Ulta at the Mayfair Collection who's allegedly crazy good. She's like this weird legend I keep hearing about from different people. Just last week I overheard a girl saying her sister drives up from Chicago monthly just to see her. Also Brenda at Fever Salon on KK. She's phenomenal and especially talented with color.
