It all depends on what you're hoping to accomplish with your feeding plan. Your two probably don't need supplementation at all, if they are maintaining good weight. I studied Equine Nutrition at the University of Kentucky, and I have to say it might be one of the least understood areas of horse keeping. Personally, my showjumpers generally do well on free choice good quality hay and pasture - when we have it. I'm also a believer in feeding prebiotics. If you want to feed yours something extra, beet pulp has 90% of the digestible energy of oats but is a digestible fibre so it's digested in the hind guy and won't cause hindgut acidosis. There's lots of info out there (especially on the interenet), some is helpful, some is not. Horse Council has some good info on feeding on their website, I believe. Maybe check that out.
